Two-handed wrap check
Defenders can utilize a two-handed wrap check to try and take the ball away from their opponent without taking their body out of a good defensive position. To throw the two-handed wrap check, slide your hands down to the bottom of the shaft and keep your hands out away from your body. Then, punch forward with your top hand and pull the bottom of the shaft toward your stomach, snapping the head of the stick forward before quickly returning the head of the stick to its original position. Utilizing this techinque will allow you to wrap your stick around your opponent and will increase your chances of dislodging the ball from your opponent's stick. You can utilize this check at any spot on the field as long as you keep your body in the correct defensive position.
