Never tire

Build up your running endurance before the season starts. Run 3 miles 5 days a week to prepare your body. As the season begins and you start sprinting, you will find yourself to be much faster, quicker, and fitter than everyone else. Being physically fit will open up many opportunities on the field to dodge, cut, and score. You won’t be able to take advantage of these opportunities if you’re tired and out of shape. Condition yourself before the season so you can play at a high level throughout the entire season.
